Fitbit Sense 2, Versa 4 and Inspire 3 leaked

Fitbit seems to be ready for a new generation of smartwatches and fitness trackers. On the renders of the reliable tasty Steve Hemmerstoffer

(OnLeaks) we see the Fitbit Sense 2, Versa 4 and Inspire 3 in high resolution – and there are a few things that stand out.

Fitbit Sense 2

The current Sense is the flagship of Fitbit’s smart watches. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and the built-in ECG sensor allows you to register the status of your health in better detail. With the new Sense 2, the range of sensors does not seem to decrease and there are two fields on the side of the screen for health observations.

Little has changed in design with the Sense 2. It comes with a rounded square case with interchangeable straps and has a button on the side. Unlike the touch button on the previous model, this time it seems to be a physical button. The position of the microphones has changed and the housing does not appear to have a glossy finish this time, but a matte one. It comes in the colors black, gray and gold.

Fitbit Versa 4 Fitbit’s Versa line is basically a more affordable version of the Sense, but with fewer sensors on board. The Versa 4 also has the physical button to replace the touch button of the Versa 3. Furthermore, there seems to be little physical change to the smartwatch. The images show that the Versa 4 comes in the same colors as the previous model, namely black and rose gold. fitbit_sense_2_platinium fitbit_sense_2_platiniumfitbit_sense_2_goldfitbit_sense_2_platinium fitbit_sense_2_gold fitbit_sense_2_platiniumfitbit_versa_4_rosefitbit_sense_2_graphite

Fitbit Inspire 3

Fitbit’s next fitness tracker gets the biggest design tweaks of the bunch. The previous Inspire 2 had a black and white screen and other straps. On the renders of the Inspire 3, we see that the case, strap and screen have completely changed.

fitbit_sense_2_platinium The display appears to be an elongated color screen, just like Fitbit’s Charge 5 for example. The housing design of the Inspire 3 is more similar to the Versa and Sense, but is still elongated. The straps now also connect to the case. The Fitbit Inspire 3 is pictured in yellow, pink and black.

Price and availability

Nothing is known yet about the prices of the new smartwatches and fitness tracker, but we can look at the prices of the predecessors. The first Sense has a suggested retail price of 250 euros, the Versa 3 200 euros and the Inspire 2 100 euros. We expect prices to remain the same, or to rise slightly. The Sense, Versa 3 and Inspire 2 came out in August 2020, so there’s a good chance we’ll see the new models this month. What do you think? Will the new Fitbit watches be a good upgrade?
