Colombia: Former M-19 guerrilla group member Gustavo Petro sworn in as president

Colombia’s first leftist President Gustavo Petro was sworn into office on Sunday in Bogota. Petro is a former member of Colombia’s M-19 guerrilla group. He was elected in June over conservative parties that offered only moderate changes.
